SARC Programs: Fall 2011 Detail

Dear Returning and New Rowers,

Our Fall 2011 registration process will be similar to Fall 2010 Both of the following steps are mandatory. In order to register, please:

Prior to Arrival at Open House:

  1. Complete the on-line portion of registration SARC Fall Registration

  2. Print a copy of the Code of Conduct (Click here). Have both the rower and parent/guardian sign and bring it to Open House.

Upon Arrival to Open House:

  1. Come to St. Andrew Catholic Church Multi-Purpose Room on Saturday, August 13th from 2 to 5PM to make your season payment or to make financial arrangements.

  2. Bring your calendar to coordinate your schedule with SARC volunteer oppuntunites.  The oppurtunities range from purchasing groceries for regattas to Tent City duties to directing car parking at one of the regattas we host.  If you don’t feel as though you get enough clean-up time at home, we always have at least one work day per season to clean up the boat house and surrounding areas.  Jane Davis is serving as our Volunteer Coordinator this year, so fill out her sign-up sheets to reduce the number of phone calls you’ll get from her.  Remember,we ask that each rower’s family volunteer a total of 20 hours each season.  There’s more than enough to go around!
